zoya Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zoya ("zoya", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at zoya.ws. These Terms apply to all services offered by zoya, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual sports, slots, and any promotional or loyalty programmes made available through the platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of zoya services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the zoya platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third-party arrangements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zoya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonus funds associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zoya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zoya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at zoya's sole discretion. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one to four hours for MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically possible.
• zoya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. During this review, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. You will be notified and provided with an estimated resolution timeframe.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements

5.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

zoya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered in good faith.

6 Gameplay Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zoya platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law:

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoya's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zoya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if zoya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
